whats the worst thing that could happen, you could spend a double ton of Money & the car could be slower than it is now?

Car: 87 Monte Carlo SS
Engine: 89 IROC 350 TPI
Transmission: 700R4 rebuilt w/TCI kit
Axle/Gears: 9" from 57 ranchero unsure gears.
that turbo looks similar to the ones that were on the military HEMMT's that I used to work on, and these diesel's had a blower plus the turbo sitting on top of it!! plus to get it to turn the engines were in the high 500 to low 600 cubic inch range. so in effect to make it work and not blow the heads off your engine you would need like a 4:1 compression and able to turn 10grand! but if you want it for looks you could always run some fake exhaust that no one would know and say look at what Ive got under the hood!! haha

------------------
'87 Monte Carlo SS,with '89 IROC 350,700 trans, blew up 3.73 posi stuck with crappy 2.73's neeed gears! hooker headers, flowmaster 2 1/2" exhaust true dualls, recently installed a set of alum vette heads 58cc, new cam for a paxton, recently installed paxton, OMG need a posi bad. So if anyone knows where a buick GN 8.5" rear is let me know.

Sorry but you guys are pretty off on this one. Its a garret t100 and yes its big but, it could be made to work. There is a guy here in town with one on a 347 mustang running 8.$$ @ 185+ mph. So it doesnt take monster engines for it to work. This one was going to go on a v6 TR but something happened?? He's selling it for only 2300 and its brand new. How much did you pay For your Ati??? It was a good post cause Im sure there arnt to many people that have seen one this big!!!

My guess is that any car that runs that has to have a 4k stall in it & it would suck for anything other than for 8.$$ seconds @ a time. just my guess though it is darn impressive though, shoot it this way I will give it a go , i have been jonesin' for some boost.

that's a beautiful sight. strap that thing to a mild bb chevy in a street car and hang the f**k on. the torque would be insane.
