Perfomace chip with supercharger?

I plan on installing a super charger on my car. I was wondering if it would hurt to keep my Hypertech Thermomaster chip and 160 degree thermostat while running the supercharger?

I wouldn't recommend it, the chip has too much timing advance programmed into it, I tried it with my setup and i was seeing ALOT of knock retard on my auto x-ray. so i had to install the stock chip, now i'm only seeing about half as much knock retard.
