i took a turbo off of a 88 lebaron 2.2 auto and it looks small. all data says its a t-3 but i dunno, i got all the numbers i could find on the compressor housing if anyone could decifer them i would be mucho happy

It depends on how high you're revving the engine. I don't know exactly what those numbers mean, but that's a Garrett turbo. The TO4E is one of the most popular turbo's of all time. Parts like bearings, wheels and houseing should be cheap and easy to find. Two of those should be ok as long as you're not running more than 10 lbs of boost or spinning the engine faster than 5500 max. If you do this make sure that you get an Exhaust Gas Temperature gauge and an Exhaust Manifold Pressure gauge, if you can. It will make as much boost as you want, but your exhaust back pressure might go through the roof and you'll burn exhaust valves. i thought there are only 2 companies that make turbos, being garret and mistubishi, so if it says mitsubishi on it then how is it a garret?

 

The turbo is NOT a Garrett T04E. The turbo is a Mitsubishi TE04H unit, which will support about 250 hp on a 2.0L-2.5L engine. It is VERY small for anything bigger than a 2.5L engine. It would make a nice turbo for your Lawn Boy...

GMI i am making a twin turbo and only plan on running 5 psi to begin with and maybe 10 next year, will 2 TEO4H's be enough to sustain 5psi with shifts of 5500-6000 on my small block?

Don't worry about boost pressure, worry about airflow. You could run those little turbos at 20 psi and not make a lot of airflow to support the engine. Use bigger turbos...
