looking for more power
ive got an 89 iroc-z tpi just been rebuild less then 10,000 miles on it everythings stock 5 speed staderd and i was wondering if neone knows of some little things i can do or any thing i can buy for some cheap power i was thinkiing of nos cus i have everything i need for it but im kinda scared my tranmission wont handle it it seems the stock tranny is pretty flimsy what do u guys think????///

Transmission: T-5 World Class
if you just use a littel shot , should be fine . But remeber it's not a cure for a poor motor . You have a fair bit of reading ahead of you 
Check out what people are running with roughly the same setup . Whenever possible use all the safety stuff you can ( like a window switch , etc) . NOS mistakes are costly . Yes your stock tranny won't like it too much . It puta pretty good shock to the driveline.
