Who has blown an engine using only 50-150 shot of NOS?

This goes along with the question I asked about older engines, here's a little update on the situation. If I blow the engine then I have NO car.. What are the chances on a 130,000 mile car that runs good and has correct settings that nitrous will affectively blow the engine?

I want 13s but not bad enough to risk the motor, i just want to make sure it's 99% safe..

Well, I'm afraid there are no guarantees but I run a hundred shot on a 130000 mile car and so far so good.

I ran a 75 shot on the bird when I had it, it was showing 130,000 on the odo. I had a fuel pressure guage and watched it closely. I stuck with 75 shot b/c the fuel pump couldn't keep up with 125. I didn't have any 100hp jets to try it. I only ran 8 or 10 bottles through it before I sold it but it still ran fine. I was well pleased going from an 8.8 all motor to a 7.9 in the 1/8th on just 75 shot. Traction was an issue also though.
