my 1/8 mile pass
took it last friday night to see what it would do , ran a 7.05 at 109mph w/ crappy 60 ft of 1.9 what do you think , w/ some good slicks what kind of 60' times should i get and what kind of times should i expect

Thats cool man you have a really close setup to what I have as well. I am pulling the 9 inch and putting 4.10's in it right now going from 4.56's little to tached out in the 1/4. What CFM dominator are you running?

depending on raceweight, you should be good for 6.4x.
buddys ls1 s10 bracket truck runs 6.28 at 110. dunno if you can squeeze that or not.

I blew my posi last night and was running an open rear. I managed a 1.613 60' time. Went 6.93 @ 107.65 mph. Will this go 6.40's or 50's?

You wouldn't happen to have manual trans with those et street radials would you? My friend had et street radials on his modded Z06 and could never hook. He ended up calling M/T and talking to a tech guy because we thought it might be air pressure or burnout procedure could be causing this. Turns out that the radials can't take the shock of dumping the clutch at 5 or 6 thousand. He put on some regular ET streets and started getting 1.5 60' times immediately with no other changes.

i've got a 350 turbo w / trans brake coming out of hole at 4200rpm, next time i run it i will foot brake it to see if coming out of hole at lower rpm will help i'm trying to hold off on buying drag slicks cause i will probably run it next fri and be done for this season
