How do I know what size ATI pulley I have?

No markings that I can see on the pulley... I measured from outside edge to outside edge and it is "4.00... Is that the actual way to measure... I am looking at a 3.85 pulley to up some boost but not sure of what I have now?

Thanks

ProCharger measures their pulleys going from the top side of the ribs. The shoulder that you measured stands approx. .2" taller than the ribs. So if you measured 4", then you need to subtract .2" from each side which means you probably have a 3.6" pulley on your blower right now.

you are pretty darn close.. I called ATI today... I am supposed to have a 3.70.. I ordered a 3.40 w/a shorter belt to up some boost

That's funny. When I first typed out that reply I had " 3.6" or 3.7" ", then I went back and deleted 3.7". Are you going to go down and have Ed Wright do some tuning for you or are you doing the tuning yourself? Now you can show them Wichita Mustang boys what an old thirdgen can do, huh.
