Modified BBS turbo manifold for S475
I'm running a BW S475 Turbo on a BBS manifold. As most of you know the BBS manifold uses a 38mm WG. Well that WG is WAY to small the S475. So I got a JGS 50R WG with uses a 2" tube. So I had to modify my manifold. Here is a picture before getting it ceramic coated.

Looks great. Are you going to add some sort of support bracket? S400's are HEAVY!

He modified the wastegate tube for a larger wastegate to control boost on a single turbo application, its in his first post
But you bring up a good point. Looks like a T4 flange as you can get the S400 on a T4 flange. A t6 is massive and that single tube that the BBS is design around is not big enough to fill the T6 opening

Vary nice. Please post dyno numbers. I have a bbs header with a T76 turbonetics turbo that will be going on next winter and would like to know the limits of this header.

I'm curious what kind of pulley system you are running for the belt-driven accessories?

That is correct ... The alternator and bracket are a Powermaster, which I got from summit. S10 manual steering box.

Looks good. I blocked the stock wastegate tube like you did and put the wastegate under the car on the cross over pipe on my setup. I might end up moving it back up on the turbo header tho. So i can route it right back into the downpipe.
