new plugs for nitrous
just wondering how to tell if plugs are colder than stock. Ive been searcing with no luck. im looking to run the nos sniper kit. 150 shot. thanks for the info

No way to tell by looking at them. Gotta x-reference the number on the plug against the manufacturer's specs/catalog.
Example: Autolite a stock heat range plug would be around an 25 or 26. 24 would be a little colder and somewhere around 22 is the bottom of the range. But different brands and lines of plugs the numbering schemes will be different. I think one manufacturer even does the reverse of the others with higher numbers being colder!
Almost always the last 1 or 2 digits is the heat range. For instance, Autolite 3925 is one heat range hotter than 3924, which is one heat range hotter than 3923, etc.

thank you very much. i want to pick up a set of varrious steps lower than stock just to see the differance at teh track with each set.
