Forced Induction

So I'm just poking around on this subject. I have a 350 to swap into my car and I would love to go with a turbo. My question is; would a TBI car or a TPI car be easier to set this up with? Its all going under the hood of a bird and I'm not afraid to do a bit of wiring but less would be better. Anyone have some knowledge in forced induction 3rd Gens?
