ive known rob for a bunch of years, if he deleted this he has something big planned, or he is just pissed off at 3rdgens again.

back in the day he wanted me to build him a turbo v6 and he bought 3 different v6 cars cause he kept finding a better car, eventually he got mad at the car and just scraped the whole idea.

i can count atleast 7 3rdgens that he has had in the past few years lol.

but im sure hell post up and let us know why he removed the thread

Three years lol? You mean two years...

This build is just about wrapped, lots of changes have been made, including the car that it is going in. The '84 Anniversary Trans Am has been gone for awhile now, and the '90 GTA has taken it's place. This thread was originally based on the '84 Trans Am, and the idea was to start a new thread based on the '90 GTA. Nothing weak about that, I just didn't like that this thread switched car's in the middle of the build. Would rather have the one thread dedicated to the one car that is going to get it done for the forum...

Dave hit the nail right on the head, as I have something HUGE planned for this chronicle. I honestly wanted to start the new thread last week when I started deleting this one, but I have to wait for a few things to get here first because I want the entire build, from beginning to end, to be completed within the first three pages. Trying to hold back on some of the things that I am doing, as I want to save them for the new thread...

2, 3 eh... still a long time and long pointless thread... it IS weak to talk a big game for 10+ pages then delete your thread, granted nothing of use was lost

i didnt think it was pointless. and for future reference you could not read any of the OP's threads and save yourself time since you think its pointless.

I was expecting some good post/info every time I opened the thread, and was disappointed every time. A 10+ page thread about a "9 sec turbo 305" with no turbo build is pretty pointless. I'm curious to see the "HUGE plans" for the next build thread

There is really no reason to bring that type of attitude (sarcasm) in my thread, as I most certainly don't bring that type of crap in yours. If I felt it necessary to delete my thread then that was obviously my choice, and I did so for my own personal preference because I would rather have one individual thread based on one individual car...

I asked the mods to delete this thread entirely because I kept getting people asking me through personal messages if I wanted to sell the '84 Anniversary Trans Am, not realizing that I already got rid of the car because they never read the last two pages. They wouldn't do it though, and I wasn't going to argue with them, so I decided to start an entirely new thread which is why I kept away from this one. Part of what I am doing with the new build is creating a better boost code for the $8D mask, but it is very time consuming to get just right. That, and quite a few changes were made to the stock Tuned Port Injection system...
