What plugs to use with this setup?

I just finished my 383 build and im looking for some advise on the right plug to use for my 150 shot.

The engine is a vortec 5.7 (bored and stroked to 383) with an LT4 Hotcam, 062 heads, 10.5:1 compression, full MSD ignition system w/ 6AL box. It currently runs on premium but im going to be switching to an quickfuel e85 system soon.

Does the difference in fuel require a different plug as well? If so what do you suggest for both setups?

Thanks in advance for the help.

what fuel do you run? There is a ton of info out there for gasoline + nitrous but info on e85 is slim.
