Engine: LQ4
Transmission: TH400
Axle/Gears: Too lazy to check!!
Intercooler size.
Does anybody know if 31x12x4 will fit in 89 RS without too much trouble? I know the most comon size is 31x12x3 but didn't know if it was because of size or cost. Thanks!

it'll hang lower down if it's under the car that might be to much when you add in the airdam on the intercooler unless your mounting it somewhere else

If you are trying to mount it vertically I would say probably not. I put a 3" one in a 92 RS vertically and it barely fit, it was extremely tight near the hood latch support.
