Complete Ebay Twin turbo build.

Here soon I will be building up a 3rd gen Iroc Camaro. I plan on buying all the parts through ebay, and I mean all of them. Now I know I will technically be cheating on the ebay turbo debate since i wont be buying a pre made kit. So this will be a kinda budget twin turbo build. Now I say that because I will not be spending 2 grand a piece on my turbos etc. (Yet...) Its big debate where I live whether or not you have to buy the most expensive pieces to properly build a car that will last. Most people generally know the pre made ebay kits are not truly quality parts. Some have relative success and others blow though the turbos with less then 10k on them. So I will be building my car with all ebay parts and build it to last for a good long while.

The car will be driven as a daily driver and a weekend play toy. The setup will be as follows (Roughly).

1. Fast XFI 2.0 Intake and fuel management system
2. GodSpeed 2 into 1 Intercooler
3. Godspeed 50mm OV
4. Godspeed 38mm Wastegates
5. Godspeed T76 Turbos
6. Walbro In tank fuel pump
7. SubFrame Connectors
8. Roll Cage
9. 6L80e Transmission (This is up in the air at the moment, been wanting to try out the 6 speed auto trans in a build for awhile.)
10. Mild Steel Headers
11. Oil Scavenge pump (Since i will be removing the trunk well and using a rear mount turbo setup.)
12. Lambo door kit
13. Door Shave kit
14. Exhaust pipiing for the exhaust and intercooler piping
15. Ford 9 inch rear end (Again up in the air atm.)
16. Custom Built 396 Stroker SBC with ported and polished Brodix heads.
17. Possibly a shot of nitrous if there is too much turbo lag with the rear mounted turbos.

This is subject to change as time progresses on but as of right now that is the general plan. The car will look completely Stock on the outside if not slightly lower. There will be a lot of custom fabrication

So Has anyone used any of the godspeed series products, im mostly concerned with there turbos and the 6L80e. If you have any suggestions im open to them of course, just make sure that its not to use super expensive turbos etc. Now using a 4 thousand dollar efi system doesnt scream budget but after talking with the guys about what the fast xfi can do and instant tune changing switches in the dash etc.

I will be uploading pictures and making videos during the build so you can look forward to a step by step of the progress. This is also being done in the front driveway and not a shop for all you DIY guys out there. The car will be built so that if i decide to put some serious money into the turbo setup it will a straight swap instead of new custom work, which is why im using ebay products to get everything sorted out etc.. Im sure it will probably be the dastest stock looking 3rd gen in my area even with ebay goods.

I would go smaller on the turbos. Especially in the rear.
I'd keep shorter stroke 383 for more piston height, better ring options there, can get them lower on the piston. 396 piston has a real low compression height

Lambo door conversion? Definitely the most important mod on the list.

<__< if you can spend the money on a 396 with brodix heads and 6l80 then I think you can get the big name brand turbos lol. don't see why you would put all that money into them and skip out on the turbo :/
