More 305 power
Are they any ways that I can give my 305 more power? I'm tired of topping out at like 100 or 110 mph and having rice burners and v6 4th gen camaros giving me **** about having a slow muscle car?

There are many avenues, just search the threads on here. As far as directly helping you, first need to know exactly what you have to start with. Also need to know your level of technical competence, and your budget. Feed us that information and you'll find plenty of help here.
Re: More 305 power
This section's for blowers, turbos and nitrous. Are you thinking about using one of these systems? If not, you may be better off asking in tech/general engine or the respective subforum for your induction type (TBI, TPI or carb.) These sections also tend to have stickies with the basics of how to get more power out of each engine. It will also determine what you need to do next to get started.

I'm slightly mechanically inclined, but have family friends that can help. Budget would probably be around $1250 and I don't plan on putting forced air intake on it like turbos or a pro or super charger
Re: More 305 power
My first peice of advice is spend a few $ on some books and READ as well as reading the forums a lot. You'll get a lot conceptually and figure out what works and what doesn't. With that sort of budget, I'd be looking into swapping in another axle with 3.42 gears if you don't have htem, a used full exhaust and if you have some cash left over tuning capabilities. Minimally an adjustable FPR. The intake tract stuff is obviously specific depending on it being a TBI vs TPI vs Carb.

Re: More 305 power
Definitely exhaust first, that is the most restrictive part of our car's systems, and always a good starting point on any build. Agree 100% with the research aspect first, and don't buy ANYTHING until you have a well thought out plan. The worst thing you can do for yourself, especially with a fairly low budget and moderate experience, is to start buying parts that may or may not work well together, end up with a hodgepodge that runs mediocre at best and a drained budget.
