150 shot of nitrous and lets say i had good traction and nice shifting what should my 1/4 time be im thinking high 12's oh yeah i have 3.23 gears out back i know later on im gonna put 3.73. any idea

i'm going to have to say somewhere around the 15.432 @ 79.42mph on motor (flat out FLYN' )

and

somewhere around 16.95 @ 65.13mph on a 100 shot of nitrous

305s dont like nitrous....if you spray it a 305 will tell you and say the hell with you

if you want to know what it runs, why not just go to the track and find out and stop asking over and over again?

I think with your mods and a healthy shot of nitrous you should be running 12's with no problem.:rockon:

 

Well mine ran 14.9 @ 91mph with less mods. I still have the stock heads (never been off in 225,000 miles) I think with bottle you may run (traction allowing) high 12's, but depending on your altitude I would say closer to 13something. My friend has a 91 305 TPI car that ran 12.8 @106 on a 75 shot. He had similar mods but lots of suspension work, torque arm, panhard rod, and LCA's

thats Vortec f car - notice the lack of an H like in Vortech 305s car. Thats cause I have vortec heads and not a vortech supercharger....

 

reason why i brought this post up was to get an idea on what times i should be up to par with. I sort of figured it should be high 12's. As of now the motor had to come out and replace cam bearings, cause a thrust bolt loosened, So far the motor is on a stand and this monday were gonna install it and finally finish breaking it in, i ordered the NOS kit last week. I doubt these suspension mods will work but im gonna get Jegster Torque arm and subframe connecters, hope itll help.
