Nitrous?

Hey, I am thinking about getting the NOS Sniper Nitrous system for my 350 which i just put in a comp cams XE268 cam in. I was just wondering if you need a racing licence to get your bottle refilled ,cause i heard that, and has anyone had any experience with this system? My car is a daily driver so i would keep the shot on like 75 or 100 at most, should i go with it?
- Thanks

I don't have NOS, but I know many people who do and none of them have a "racing license" This may be true in some parts of the US, but not where I live.

No you don't need any kind of lic. to get your bottle refilled. The Sniper kit is a fairly good kit for the price, its NOS's most striped down modle they sell so don't expect the best parts if you get this kit. Look into the Nitrous Express Hitman kit also, its a good little n2o starter kit. http://www.nitrouswarehouse.com/ This is about the cheapest place I know to get NX parts and the guy that owns this place,John Stewart is a good guy that can help ya out with any questions you might have.

The only time you need a license is when you are attempting to get the medical grade nitrous.............and no its not a racing license.

It some states, local laws say you do need a license to carry. Not necessarily to refill it, but then what's the point if they are going to treat it like a weapon? I believe New Jersey is one of them, but I could be wrong on that specific state.
