If people would stick to appearance and detailing, we wouldn't have to lock it. Quit complaining and follow the rules.

it's supposed to be spotless. "tech" only.

try the regional boards, but you'd better keep it thirdgen related.

We need to have pop ups every other second that say, "This is a tech only sight"

Then maybe, just maybe, people will stop complaining about non-tech posts getting locked.

I mean, come on, they let ALOT of stuff slide. Just be thankful for that.

I am glad that we finally have some moderators for the A&D board. I sent an email to brad/dirk awhile ago about it but never heard anything. I got so tired of seeing non-tech posts, day after day. I hope the new mods lock down the non-tech posts like there is no tomorrow

If you don't like it then go to another board, plain and simple. There will never be a non-tech board, and I like it that way as do many others. There is no reason to complain about it, it doesn't do any good. The only reason things were let go is because there basically were NO moderators for the A&D board. FbodyX2 isn't on at all anymore and the other moderator (Karps TA?) wasn't on much at all to keep track of anything. Until just recently it had been months since he had posted. The last couple weeks on the A&D board have been plain ridiculous! People were posting non-tech just because they could and knew that it wouldn't get locked. I remember seeing posts with "Off Topic" right in the subject. And then we have people like Prisco on there promoting his product, which isn't allowed seeing as how he isn't a paying sponsor. Not to mention in that post he tells the TGO members to go to cz28.com and bash people/pro duct there! That post should have been locked immediately and wasn't. I could go on and on....

:hail: To the new A&D mods.

A neat freak huh? Why? Because I do my job and lock the non-tech crap that gets posted on the board I am supposed to moderate? Or because I'm the only one who has pointed out how annoying it is when you post 6 times in a row because you're too lazy to click the edit button?

haha... why are you making such comments when you know they are not true?

andy is doing his job. simple as that, just like i do mine on my board. if you don't like how we are doing our jobs, then ask us why we did something before you come on the board and call someone a "neat freak."

Why do you keep posting stuff that has nothing to do with anything? Why does post count matter do you? Why doesn't your keyboard have any punctuation keys? Why why why?

This reminds me of a current member who wanted to become a member instead of just being a junior member. When he reached it the admins took his post count away and droped him back to 1. It would just be awful if your 999 post's just became 1, even though a post count cant accurately show one's knowlege, and experiance of 3rdgens. So I'd stop the stupid posts before your banned.
I had to edit cause I typed way to fast this morning and the post didnt make sense

jocww....i'd strongly advise you to stop pushing the issue. you are continuing to post things that are not thirdgen related, and argue with moderators. and again, as i said earlier, if you don't like how we do our jobs, send dirk or brad an email. they run the show, and what they say goes.

Thats not a bad idea, but I hate that scrolling marquee crap. I think its annoying, especially for the people that don't post non-tech stuff. And I imagine the people who want to will do so regardless. I still like my idea better of part of the user agreement is if you post any non-tech then you get banned I'm sure it will stop then

Yes I know, but I figured by the time we got done banning everyone there would only be about 200 or so members left and all those people would keep it tech.
