It is probably a bandwidth issue and I can do nothing about it.
Actually, I can almost guarantee it's not a bandwidth issue, but an email issue with the server. But you're right, if you don't have a shell account into the server, no mysql access, no ftp access, you are very limited on what you can do.

Something has went wrong with my ss85tadude account and now it will not let me reactivate it. So I have created this account. I do not know what is wrong but I would really like my old user nameback i can still sign in and every thing but just can not post.
