as long as the thread kept on topic with racing thirdgens back in the day verses other cars i dont see a problem.

Probably because it turned into a discussion about tickets and dealing with police. Besides it pretty much lacked thirdgen content from the beginning with the exception of a few tossed in here and there. It generally wasnt within the scope of the board.

Yeah it was fun but the board has to stay on topic.

The Model A's a long way from being finished. I've been working on the rolling chassis and I'm almost done putting together the 283 for it.

Street rod.

This will be my first, while my dad has already built more than you can count on your hand. Right now he's doing a 34 Ford Coupe. Back in the mid 80's he fitted a Jaguar E-type independent inboard disc rear end into a 28 Model A, which I am considering doing with my Model A as well.

sounds like a lot of fun. i have a few projects laying around, mostly are my dads but i am his "little" helper. hes got a 68 torino gt with a 390 all original that is getting paint now and a 69 cyclone spoiler which is his muscle car that is going to be a track car hopefully. he also has an old el camino frame he has been building for a 69/70 charger daytona project that hasnt gone anywhere in over a year. then on top of that my little camaro project.
