Engine: LS1 install in progress

Transmission: 4L60e

Axle/Gears: 9 bolt

this has been happening to me to for like the last month. Couple of days ago i couldn't get on for a day and a half. Its also taking forever for each page to load.

I kind of ignored the problem for the last few weeks because it wasn't happened anymore..Until the the other day. I couldn't get on all day today till just about half an hour ago. Can someone tell us if its a problem with the board or not?
