junior mem/mem/sen mem....?

I'm just curious, what makes the difference between a junior member, member, and senior member. Is it time you've been a member or number of posts, or something totally different. Just curious. I didn't know where to post this question so if it's in the wrong place, mplease move me.

You are in the right place. The difference is the number of posts you have submitted. Pretty simple, right. Welcome to the boards!

it really doesn't mean much since an idiot can, and does, have a high post count and is a senior member and a very knowledgeable member can be a junior with a low post count.

That's a good point. I don't tend to look at post numbers, usually just the info somone's giving out. Kinda just hope that they know what's going on and aren't just BSing you.
