Allow more file extensions on upload?

Just wondering is it possible to allow more file extensions in this forum ?

like TTS Datamaster log : .uni
and TunerPro log : .adl , .ads

and also XDF filetype : .xdf

maybe the TunerPro RT : .bin

Just a thought

Maybe even .mp3 or .wav files, for exhaust sound clips.

Yeah thats right, and then it could be a limit for the size on .mp3 and .wav for stopping to large files (music and so..)

Re: Allow more file extensions on upload?

Just to update this, I have added .mp3 and .wav files to the list of allowed extensions as it was suggested and appears to be a good idea. Of course, it goes without saying that anything uploaded that isn't appropriate will be moderated and/or worse. The main idea and goal is to allow members to upload an audio clip of their exhaust. There is a 1mb file limit for those extensions, like the rest of the allowed file extensions, which we believe is fair.

As to the tuner/prom extensions, I will add those as well. It's been a while since I've done any prom burning myself, so I need to do some checks.

Thanks.
