Are there any Top of Texas Third Gens out there?

 

I'm in Paris, thats pretty close to the top, unless you are talking about the panhandle. And yes, there is a bunch.

Im Way up in the Panhandle, Amarillo to be exact. Kinda like im a lone soldier up here, LOL

 

A lot of us are in Dallas/Fort Worth area, with a few in Austin & Houston. I'm sure there's other up there in Amarillo.

I know how you feel TX_1987_GTA about being the "lone soldier," I'm also in Amarillo, and I think there is one other, but I can't remember his name right now, but hey, we're not alone anymore.

 

Good to hear from another third genner here in the Amarillo area. Look for me on the streets, Black GTA ( tags are 87 GTA )

 

I will, and more than likely I've seen it before, you'll know mine when you see it, it's a black z28 completely blacked out from front to back with a billet grille. From what I've seen, it's the only one in town that looks like it.

Hey man, theres supposed to be some Bracket racing at the Paris Drag Strip on Sat., weather permitting. I'll be there all day, if you're down stop by, maybe race a little. The Strip is right Hwy82 about 7 miles east of Paris, right after the Beer Store in Sun Valley (I work there lol). My car is a huge dissapointment right now, but its a work in progress, as they all are, but I run it anyways. I'll be in the Black 86 IROC with some passenger side rear quarter panel damage .

thats cool i have got to work on sat from 9-2 but maybe i can come after work or somethin man ill run with yall i may loose but ive had it to 135 holla

 

135 thats it. I takes some untold force within me to get mine above 90, but we wont get into that. Anyways, It took a miracle to get a 9.3 out of this thing, but my times have been slower since (busted tranny mount, but fixed now). My average lately has been around 9.8, 1/8th mi. BTW, but we'll see in a couple. Yeah, stop by.
