We never discussed a rain date for the FB. Just in case, I guess the rain date shoud be the following weekend?

We should be in good shape though....... EDIT--11/22: well, maybe not!!! weather forecast sucks!!!

One thing that is NOT going to happen is, IT WILL NOT BE CALLED OFF BECAUSE OF IMPENDING WEATHER!!!

I learned my lesson from the Spring Fling. Even if we are sitting in the park with rain/wind/small animals flying by, it will not be called a rainout, but if we do get rained out and nobody shows, we will try again the following weekend.

Also, remember that in Houston, it may be raining in your part of town and no clouds, with sunshine at the park, so I recommend U call.

Man I hope it doesnt rain, I wont be able to make it the following weekend. My inspection sticker runs out this month and there isnt a way for me to get a new one.

Oh, I will definitely come out saturday, I am just hoping that everyone else comes to. I dont want my last time driving my car for about a year to be crappy.

Yes, we do, a rather large covered area, but there will probably be a couple that don't want to get their car wet? Musta got their paint jobs from the wicked witch of the East!

Like I said I will be there even if there is water, wind and small animals floating by, I will NOT call it off in advance! Now, if we sit there and it rains for hours, and people want to get together the next weekend, I'll be there too.

OK, I am making the decision.

IF we are rained out Sat 11/26/05 at Bear Creek Park, the rain date is:

THE NEXT DAY--SUNDAY 11/27/05!!!

Same time, but no cruise since there will be no car show at Sam's. See main FB post in main thread for times ETC .

We will not have the pavillion reserved, but Bear Creek is a big park and there is plenty of room for us to gather!!!
