Do we have a portable BBQ to use? I do not know (do not think so) if there is any BBQ's to use at LMP.
I'm pretty sure the concession stand will be open, but not sure!
Put Sue and I down for:
1. 1 pack of dogs and buns.
2. Sue's world famous "Tater Salad" and some deviled eggs.
3. Some choc chip cookies or some type of dessert cookies.
I think we still have some leftover paper plated and sporks, if needed.
Let us know if U need condiments--but,only if nobody else volenteers to do them.--mus/mayo/ket/relish/onions/ETC.

I'll bring a few packs of hot links, with buns to match.
How large is the bbq pit Jay? I'll spring for 20-30 lbs of charcoal + starter.

Alright, picked up 2 x 20lb bags charcoal plus starter fluid. Also have a 15? pack of hot links. Didn't get buns, picked up a 20 pack of tortillas to wrap 'em. Why can't the butchers and bakers come together on this quantity thing

Zap,
I can do the condiments if you haven't got them already. If so I'd gladly reimburse you for them.
If anybody notices anything missing let me know and I'll get it.
Thanks Zap and Mrs. Zap

Barry called me today--said he is bringing baked beans.
In between the tater salad, deviled eggs, and baked beans, if anybody is riding with somebody else, better keep the windows rolled down on the way home!
