I'm from Noble, but don't have my Iroc on the road. I do see quite a few around the area though. Where are you located at?

Re: local third gens

Just a plain jane 1982 camaro, it was setting for 9 years and i just stopped by the guys house and asked it was for sale and he told me the motor was bad and it had a good up to date title and if I would get it out of his yard I could just have it, so I said why not and figured I could drop a few bucks into it and have a decent car to play with. Plans are hugger orange paint with black stripes, 355 chevy engine, keith black flat top pistons, edelbrock air gap manifold,650 holley carb, comp cams c-212 Kit,cloyes true roller timing chain, roller rockers,Dart 180 heads, hooker shorty headers with y pipe (got all the engine parts gathered up just waiting on machine shop),th 350 trans with goodies, Sub frame connectors, Powertrax Lock Right differential with 3.08 or 3.23 gears have not decided on the ratio yet, Aluminum large core radiator,4" cowl hood. Have not really worked out what I want for the interior yet.

I live in Guthrie, it will be a little while before its ready though, I work a full time job and then do taxidermy for extra money and now i have had to put the labor work on the car on hold as im busy with taxidermy work. I am mainly gathering my parts so when i do start assembly i have them. Block, new crank, new rods and pistons are in the machine shop now getting the balance stuff and bored.
I finely finished all the floor boards and hope to get the new rear quarters on this winter, i get them on its just putting the pieces back together.

Re: local third gens

Hey guys just bought another third gen so now I can actually drive one! Check out my other thread about it. Now I can actually meet up with you guys, and not feel lost without my Iroc.
