i got screwed

well we got news from the shipping company that when they shipped my car out here and damaged it, that they are only liabel to pay 250.00 dollars for the damge no matter how much is done, then we have to pay a 100.00 dollars deductible, so no matter what we only get 150.00 dollars out of this hole thing,so they could have totalled my car and i would have only gotten 150.00 worth out of it. Then we have to wait 30 days to get the money because they are sending out a claims adjuster to look at my car.Now that is just bs.

don't take the heat for this one.. why should you take a hike in insurance premiums due to this company's mishandling of your car?

Do yourself a favor.. LITIGATE

Are you ^#%$* serious?!?! How does that work? Did you sign something saying "We realize we are incompitent bastards and we might $%^& something up so just so you know we ain't paying you ^$*! for it."? That really blows. I like GTA4ME's idea, rent a Bobcat with your $150....

Nope, because we are not responsible and they are going after DAS for the damage.
