hey stud, Since my car is an Ex Anti Drug Car it has "Public Awareness and Community Education" painted on the bumper of my car. Any way of just painting over that. Rest of area is pearlescent(sp?) white...If its possible id be willing to pay ya for supplies n work...its just like 36 x 5 in. spot
