nope.. wasnt me.. BUT .. i do know who r are talking about. i ran into him at the chevron there on the corner.. he did the exact same thing... to much red pearl. haha!! my cars up in the air right now getting a new starter... i guess after almost 20 years, the stock 305 starter on the 406 just couldnt do it no more.

What starter did you get to replace it? Is it an LT1 or mini starter?

actually.. its just some $50 checker special w/ a lifetime warranty.... but for a 400 block.. not a OE 305 starter. i was going 2 go the LT1 route.. but said screw it. but this 1 works SO much better then the 19 y/o stock 1. lol. i can actually turn it off.. then on, off.. then on.. ect.. and it fires up right away, everytime
