Huge reduction of new posts lately!

Does anyone know if the So. Cal (3rd gen) club is up and running yet?

There's been a huge reduction of new posts in this forum lately.

Is there "another" message board that everyone here is now posting at?

Yeah, there you go. LOL!

A post about nobody posting!

Man, I sure get myself into it sometimes.

Seriously though, is there another board on the web here that So. Cal 3rd genners are going to? Or did they just give up and buy 4th gens to mod and restore?

The reason I ask is because I remember on Tom Keliher's (sp?) old site there was a LOT of posts being posted by the posters everyday.

(there I go doing it again! LOL!)

Sorry.

Naw, it typical of us SoCal people. Even with TK old message board, we would have ups and downs with conversations. Basically what we have always done is just post what's on your mind, even if not related to 3rd gens. I do!

11 threads today with new posts on them, and you think there's a lack of new posts? Gee, what yardstick do you measure with? We're just as active as we've always been.

Kevin, I think maybe I'm comparing us to the other "regional" boards that have tons of posts, long message threads and lots of general talk between their members. Like the Ontario region for example.

I may have been a little unfair to us though. We're just too busy listening to tunes in our 3rd gens while cruising beautiful sunny So. Cal.

We don't have to be stuck behind a computer writing messages all day dreaming about the day we can eventually take our cars out of storage 6-months from now.

The posts on the SE region have dropped through the floor as well. Must be the holidays.

Exactly. If it were 20 degrees outside all day and it snowed a 6"-10" every other day, I'd have nothing to do but sit on my computer all day as well!

Ya gotta love So-Cal!

I think it is like it is said. We have lots of snow, can't drive our cars, so here we are typing our frozen finger tips off. Actually I have noticed a lesser amount even on our board as to NEW post that is. Probably is finals, Christmas shopping, etc.etc. Hey you can come and chat with us up here any time you want. I'm sure no one will mind. We're all freinds here after all, just sometimes some of us can get a little carried away with nonsense but that is to be expected. Come on down, chat for a while.

Keiran.
P.S wishing I was in Southern Cali. Oh that would be so sweet right now

If you guys are bored here, come check out www.highperformancetoys.com mainly a lounge around place thats still pretty small and theres a GM tech area but more of a fun board than a tech board...Most of the members are in Tenn. and midwest area and are snowed in now so the boards are picking up lately! And they wanted me to invite you all over(especaly considering theres only 1 other 3rd gen)...
