Nicely done Lon. Rest well knowing as soon as I get to a computer with PhotoShop, you’re going to get both barrels.

Myself will be out of town in October So I wont be able to make it. Any mountain cruises before then I can't make it, need front brakes done. Sonics is the only place I might be able to make before October.

I think I’ll let Lon get away with that one…
Let’s introduce a little spontaneity into the equation. Lets all meet for breakfast early on Saturday morning and if the turnout is good we an plan the cruise then and there. If we only have a scattered few then we can each go on our marry way, or go and bomb the **** out of an unsuspecting canyon.

You can always follow me.
I am leaving at 2:30 for a 6:30 suprise party in Santa Barbara.
I hope 4 hours is long enough to go about 150 miles.

OK, so we meet at Mimi's at 7:00 AM, get seated around 7:35, served around 8:15, are finished with breakfast around 9:30, divide the bill (where did Kevin go?) gather in the parking lot and pose for pic's, BS and decide where to cruise and leave around 10:20 AM. Does that sound about right or am I too optomistic and would 11:00 AM be closer?

Alright boys I here’s the deal, 7 o’clock sharp at Mimi’s Café in Long Beach. You don’t have to post to confirm your attendance just show up. For those of you still on the fence…if we cruise. We will be heading southbound on PCH until we get to Dana Point. Where we will head southbound on the 5 freeway with a final destination of Carlsbad. It is of my understanding that there are a couple people in our group that would like to make a couple of passes down the quarter mile. I for one will not be participating in the action. For those of us not racing the caravan will regroup and head northbound on the 5 freeway after a short snack/fuel break.
Understand that this isn’t a full-blown cruise. It is a group of friends meeting up for breakfast and enjoying a coastal cruise on a Saturday morning. Everyone is welcome so come on out and enjoy the fun!

Did this cruise happen?
I saw about 5 Camaro's/Firebirds lead by an IROC with rear lens GTO blackouts in the lead, going up 8th street in National City on 20 Sep. Passed right by me in my T/A at the intersection. Would have followed, but didn't know who they were.
Didn't want to tailgate.
