Assistance with tbi programming

Anyone out there in the So. Cal. area assist with programming my chip? Can someone give me a quote?

I cant get the chips anymore to do TBI programming. If you can get the blank chips, I can do the programming. Jeremy got his blank from http://www.tbichips.com/
