Re: Heads up for the BIG BEAR Cruise & BBQ

My wife and I will be there. How about O.C. folks meet at Don's shop, and then meet up with Inland Empire folks at the park in San Bernardino where we usually meet for the Big Bear runs?

What the two best things about having Alzheimer's?

1st off, you are always meeting new people...

And secondly you can hide your own Easter eggs.

Sadly that is the only Saturday I'm unavailable. I have a Kiwanis event that morning and that evening. I could have squeezed in a picnic to MSP, but not a day long cruise. Have fun.

Sept. 20th is a popular day. I've got a dinner that night so I won't make the cruise. I had a Dodger ticket I had to give up as well.

My wife and I will try to make it. I think our motor is on its last leg and getting stuck on a mountainside don't sound too fun.

OK, they have moved the BBQ up to midday, so we should meet up at Wildwood Park no later than 10:00 AM Sat. Morning.

That means those in OC should meet at my shop about 8:30 AM

Bring FRS radios and (cell phones of course).

I'll bring a cooler with a bunch of sodas, should I bring anything else? Cooler plugs in to cig lighter, so no ice needed for it.

I’m not opposed to taking using my H2 as a chase/support vehicle. I can seat an additional 4 people for those of you that might need rides. PM me if you are interested (and the amount you will be kicking in for gas…sorry sign of the times), I’ll keep everyone posted…

Re: Heads up for the BIG BEAR Cruise & BBQ

Mike that may not be a bad idea. I know Kevin was also looking for a ride. So if Alex was to ride with you that would be 2 to help with the gas. As a support vehicle I can see myself throwing in a few bucks. Allen

Sounds good, Kevin had also expressed some interest in possibly borrowing your Sybian. I told him that if he could convince you to let him borrow it, that I would supply the lip gloss and body glitter…

Yeah I'm definitely in along with my wife. Also member SC82TA might tag along with us in his C5, and if my deal goes through today, I'll be showing up in a nice 3rd gen I'm about to acquire.
