I just picked up these tires yesterday and wow. They look bad *** and they grip awesome to. They are Avon zz1's look like the firehawks and i got them on sale for 130.00 a piece at town fair tire. They are good up to 168 mph , just my opinon

 

Killer tread pattern, but I've never heard of the brand... but then, my dad has never heard of Nitto too

 

Do the local Avon chicks carry these?

 

na man, I talked to a guy at the tire place and I told him I never heard of this brand. He said its a real good brand and it comes on Bentleys and some other cars like that. But they look cool and stick like hell so i love 'em

Cooper makes some decent tires, probably getting some for my daily driver.

 

I have a cooper tire factory about 30min from my house.....I wonder if I could get these thigs cheep factory direct???

These are REALLY good tires! Don't listlen to the cracks! I got mine online with 2 245 50 16,s , and 2 255 50 16,s for 360 total shipped to my door about 6 months ago! Later!

I think I will keep the nitto tires 100.00 each still cheaper

 

I got Coopers on my Camaro for $70 a piece. They don't grip as good as the Goodyear Eagles it used to have but I needed tires badly and they were dirt cheap. They are a good replacement tire.

 

They also make formula car road racing slicks.

 

yea Avon makes a real good bike tire. especially sport types. so i bet they are really nice for cars too. i'll have to check them out.
