Sooo...
What have you checked so far...

1. Vacuum lines in good shape...
(clean, checked for cracks )

2. Concurrent symptoms

pedal feel....
same as engine running...
same as engine off

performance
stops in a straight line ?

well tomorrow i am replacing all my vacum lines. when its cool outside, the pedal is pretty firm, and is consistat through out. Now when its warm outside, its hard and then spongy, then the brakes kinda stick for a sec or 2. when the cars off, the pedal seems normal, but when its on, it sucks. I have a porportioning valve laying around, but i dont want to put that in if its not the problem...

Hmmm....
Pulls to the right...
Does it pull "harder" to the right when you apply the brakes ?
Brake hoses replaced in the last 5 yrs ?
System flushed in the last 5 yrs ?

it doesnt really pull harder when i hit the brake, sometimes it does, but most of the time it doesnt. since iv had the car (a year) iv changed all but 3 calipers, no lines, and havent flushed it. i have popped something in a old caliper and i lost all my brake fluid , then out new stuff in after i fixed it. the only stuff that is old is the porportioning valve, and booster,, well and the lines. the master cylinder is new also.
