You'll need tie rod sleeves also--Your alignment mech. will love for it. The old ones get kind of rusty and dinged up.

You may need the pitman arm if yours is bad. This is the arm that connects to the steering box.

In most cases the stock draglink/ or centerlink can just be reused. They usually last forever unless bent for some odd reason.

Last but not least, If the car has been lowered at all from the stock ride height, you will want to consider a bumpsteer kit in replace of the outer tierods and tierod sleeves. This will reset the proper steering geometry.

If your sleeves are alright I wouldn't worry about them The center link should definently be replaced. It will and does wear out. No sense in doing all but that.

I just had their kit installed a couple of months ago along w/ the centerlink. My RS rides so much better now that the front end has been rebuilt.

Both Summit Racing and Jeg's have ES bushings if you go with them, call Summit for Moog parts (tie rods, etc.).

the pitman arm is a non-wearing part. the centerlink has the ball pivot in it. if you do get sleeves, go for the hotchkis. it's a solid sleeve instead of the thin stamped steel sleeves. won't flex as much for even tighter steering.

You now I had to go out and look and you are correct, I must apologise for my statement. My other chevys have the ball on the arm. I thought it funny that everyone always has to replace their centerlinks. I have never damaged one in my life and the linkage on my Camaro fortunately is still incredibly tight and has never needed replacement. I waste Idlerarm and pitmans on my truck every 2 years because of the weight I carry combined with hard corners everyday. But the centerlink will not wear on that because of the design.

Last time I checked, Guldstrand sold billet aluminum sleeves and Hotchkis sold steel. I run alum.
