Depends on the plans for the car. Those two are prolly the single two most noticable chasis mods that can be done. Even on a stock car. Stiffen it right up.

the wonderbar and STB do diffrent things.
the "wonderbar" or steering box brace ties the lower front frame together, it is there to prevent stress cracks.
the strut tower brace, does what it says it does, it braces the strut towers, so that under hard cornering, the strut towers cannot move in realationship to each other.

You'll regret that one if you do it. Go with the prokit, the sportline in my opinion is too big of a drop for a daily driver you're handling will be TOO stiff, you'll scrape on everything, speedbumps will be completely out of the question. Then bump steer issues and other things with youre suspension geometry will make it a poor choice. Save yourself the trouble and just sacrifice the 1/2'' and get the prokit. It still looks great.
well right now the car is lowered 2" in the front. the dork who had the car before him cut the front springs to give the car a rake. DUH!
so here goes:
Eibach Prokit
Bilstein shocks
SFC's

With the other mods you will be doing, your suspension should be plenty stiff. Thread
