Swapping drum for disc

Have an '88 IROC that has drum brakes on the rear...

How difficult is it to swap them out for disc...current rear end is the stock that came with the car.

Can the parts be picked up at parts stores or do you have to locate a 3rd gen at a bone yard to get the necessary parts...

TIA

HI there. I would suggest you try a search on this topic. This same question gets asked very often, infact there is another topic that is the same on here right now.https://www.thirdgen.org/techbb2/sho...hreadid=145694

Again...Try the search option, this should tell you everything you need to know.

if your rear end is not posi and has a bad gear ratio, i would suggest to get a rear that has posi with a better ratio and disk brakes!
