For those who have the HMS strut mounts installed

Was a noticable difference felt in handling after installing them? Are they well worth the price?? Does HMS still offer them for sale??

Mine are still in the box, too. I'm waiting until I'm ready to paint the car and install new Bilsteins.

I'm waiting on, well, just about everything, lol. I need to finish the engine, get my K-Member, new springs, and some Konis, oh, and Baer Brakes, so it's gonna be a little while before I get mine installed

They work beautifully Use to feel the stock strut mounts kink over when really stressed hard into a corner-not anymore.

Finally developed a picture I took of them after I got them back from being polished. Well that didn't work, I'll try again.

Dayum! Those look beautiful. One day I'll get off my butt and send mine to be stripped of the anodizing, then polish them up like that, then have them re-anodized purple

I'm good friend with the president of the "Sheet Metals Union". He had them done for me for free.

I haven't installed mine yet either. Still getting the L98 ready for the swap, and getting the car ready to be painted black. Gonna do alot at once. Should take about a week to do everything working with my g/f's dad. Its gonna be a completely different car when I'm done.

Mine have been installed in the car for several weeks now. But my car has also been sitting on jackstands for several weeks. So no idea how they feel. I just got the new left side spring installed today along with the new strut. One thing I noticed was the lockwasher that comes with the strut is not used as it looks like it would have galled the precision bearing insert. So I left it off.

Hey Freakin', your polished units look bitchin'!!

Tom, I left the lock washers off also. I bought new nylocks at McFadden-Dales hardware.
