how to install LCA relocation brackets

Ok, I know that the Spohn LCA relocation brackets just slip over the bottom of the stock bracket and weld on, but the guy that will be installing them can't understand this. I know there are some good pics floating around there, but I can't find them. So if someone could post some good pics showing how they weld on, it would be much appreciated.

Also, welding these on won't take much time, will it? It seems like a simple operation to me, but the welder thought he would have to cut things and fabricate things and all kinds of stuff, and that it would really cost me. Im no expert in the art of welding, so how long should these take to install? An hour? Maybe 2?

It is a real straight forward operation. I lined them up and bolted them in, then welded. Do one side at a time. It shouldn't take more than 1 hour for the whole job. I could probably do it in one half hour if I needed to do it again. Most of that time is taking off wheels etc. Probably 15 minutes worth of welding. No fabrication. Nothing tricky.

Here are some pics...

Hope that helps.

I had a local muffler/welding shop install mine. It took less than an hour and only cost $50. As mentioned above, do one side at a time. No need to remove the wheels and they should ideally be MIG welded. It's a simple install.
