Hotchkiss or Eibach springs?

I was wondering if anyone had any experience with these two springs or any thoughts about either.

Was going to go with eibach, but since the Hotchkiss are cheaper and have a good name am reconcidering.

Thats a good price, the Hotchkiss is 219.99.

Any idea on how the hotchkiss are compared to the Eibachs?

Personally i would go with the Eibach Pro kit, they have an excellent reputation and history, so its a proven entity

I think the Hotchkis Springs have a better stance. I would get them. Do a Search on the apperance board, has been a lot of pictures on aftermarket springs.

I am more concerned about the performance of the spring than the particular stance it gives, though that is a concideration too.

I like my Hotchkis springs. The front spring rate is 600lbs. I don't know what the Eibachs are. Stock WS6 are 548lbs.

I will be driving it on the street primarily, Launching at lights and taking the onramps at unreccomended speeds.

So on the road is where the car will spend 99.9% of its time.

I am replacing most everything else and want to get her as ready with the best parts I can buy within reason.

You will need to pick the softess rear-end, and don't lower it to much. That will take out options like: DropZone, Sportline (eibachs), Intrax, etc.

I don't know the rear spring rates for the Hotchkis and Eibach, but you could post in the drag racing section and see what they use in there.

Of course you know that you should get LCA and relocation brackets, right?

I have some adj spohn LCA's sitting in the garage, I will put those on and the reloc brackets when I put the new rear in. And thats also the time I wanted to put the spring in too.

I have the hotchkis spring's, the stance is perfect, and they perform 100 times better than stock. I origonally bought the eibac springs, but I know 4 people wt them and all of there cars sit lower in the rear than in the front!!! It looks terrible so I brought them back and took the hotchkis. Check my car out in the rides section, you will see the stance.
