hard brake pedal... ?

Pedal feels good at the top but the harder you press it just
gets a dead feel. Gets hard but deacceleration does not really improve
It will not lock the tires at all.. not even close.

the front pads and rotors haver less than 800miles
I just replaced both front calipers bc one was draging.
New stainless steel lines

Rear linings are new
The motor does not pull good vacuum so Im using a electric driven vacuum pump to the
booster. It seems to keep up with the demands. Even when the pedal is down hard there seems
to be assisted brakes.

I will probably get a vacuum reserve can just to make sure thats not the issue.
