Adjustable Heim joint end links for sway bars??

Transmission: 5 spd
Adjustable Heim joint end links for sway bars??
Obviously adjustable Heim joints would perform better as end links for sway bars then even poly end links, but are the Heim joints a good idea for a street vehicle? How much would these impact driveability and comfort? These also get welded to the sway bar so would they need replacement if used in a vehicle that's driven everyday? I'm just curious about everyone's thoughts on this subject. Thanks.
