New Shocks & Struts With 2" Intrax Lowering Springs
im going to get Intrax 2" lowering springs i know i need some better shocks and struts then stock but what can i get for decent money? koni reds are 535 i think at spohn.net its a little expensive for me right now. are KYBS anygood? would they blow out with the 2" springs? what other shocks and struts can i get for short money with decent performacne.

well all I can tell ya is from what I did. I just installed 1.5 inch Dropzone springs in my car and installed new shocks and struts. I used KYBs GR-2s struts and the Gas-Adjust rear shocks. The ride and handling are much better and it is like driving a corvette, where you can feel every dip in the road.

i probably would go with the KYBs im just not sure if they can handle a 2" drop spring all around.

i thought you bought a set of DZ springs already what happened joe??
Im geting a set of Monroe Sensatrac's put on wednesday. I hope they dont blow out. They do have a lifetime warrenty just hope they dont find out I got a droped ride if i ever "had" to take them back.

jeff do u happen to have any pics of ur car with the DZ springs un cut? and what are the fender lip to ground lengths?

I don't have any pics of my car now but I think the ride hieght is the same. The old springs settled so I don't know. I think DZ is a good spring but from what I heard they settle too.

thats rolling on 245/50/16 all the way around.
no i dont have any measurments or pics of the DZ w/o 1/2 of a coil cut off. Someone here must have em tho.......
I bet the front would be around like 25 3/4" or 26"
