bushing kit install

i'm thinking about getting one of those bushing kits from energy suspension that comes with all of the bushings and stuff for about $100. how hard is it to replace all of the stuff up front? i know i'l probably have to have a shop press in the ball joints and stuff but how hard is the rest? about how long does it take for the first time? is there anything i need to know before doing this? thx

i'd say not hard at all, few "special tools" make it easier, like pickle forks, tie rod end socket, air tools, hot wrench, and a few others. you can "rent", a ball joint press from auto zone, not sure if it'd work on bushings or not, but i'd bet it would. if you're talking about a complete rebuild of front end it'll cost more than 100 dollars.
