Which springs should I get?!

I want to lower my car somewhat. I was thinking about getting intrax's 2'' lowering springs but everyone thinks I will need relocation brackets for the LCAs and an adjustable panhard rod. Id rather not change all that yet. For now I want the new springs and poly bushings. After that Im getting another rearend and getting posi. Maybe the sportlines would be a better choice?

I know there weren't any other replies to that thread, but have you found anything out on the springs? It looks like a lot of people on here use the Eibach Pro-kit, but some people don't like the progressive rate springs. I want to lower my car and give it an autocross setup, and I'm trying to figure out what springs would be best.

i just installed sprotlines and i love it. It had an awesome ride. The are not too low like some say . THey are perfect . 88Camaro350 you will need and i stress need an adjustable panhard bar, when i put the rear springs in the car the rear end was over about and inch and a half, it was very noticible. You could get away with out the lower control arm relocators but you will have very poor traction. I suggest you get them , i have the bmr bolt in ones and they are great . If your doin the springs the shocks have to come off so why not do the relocators at the same time.

Good point on the adjustable panhard bar... I didn't think it would make that much difference, but I better plan on getting one (unless I can modify my Hotchkis bar). Does anyone have B&G springs? (I did a search but didn't find much)

I never did get the springs. I am working on a 28 spline rear end now. I am gonna go ahead and get the relocation brackets for it. I am also getting an adjustable panhard rod and some LCAs from spohn before the rear goes in. I may get springs after that Im not sure.

I want to get a spohn torque arm to but I haven't decided what transmission Im gonna end up with...700r4, th350, t56 SO MANY CHOICES!!

Eibach Pro-Kit if you don't want to get TOO low. You don't NEED the relo brackets per say, you can always install them later. I have the Pro-Kit and no relo brackets and all is well.

Im gonna go ahead and get those relocation brackets. I don't know if I will get the springs anytime soon but the rear-end isnt in the car yet so i mid as well get them welded on now. Im sure my 1988 factory springs are sagging anyways.

Nope, Pro-Kit. Sportlines were too low IMO..I scrape enough as it is.
