I was looking to get a set of these and springs, but i looked on summit's website and they say it will only fit 85-89 IROC's..???

did they do something different for the 90 iroc? why wouldnt these fit? oh i have the part number here..KON-87411030

They will fit . Catalogs aren't always labeled correctly- human error. All thirdgen struts are interchangable as for bolting onto the car correctly. The difference between the 15" cars and the 16" wheel cars is the shock/strut damping forces- otherwise everything else is the same

Last time I looked, a Firebird was a third gen also assuming it's in the 82-92 range.

I have Koni Sport Yellows on my 83TA along with an Eibach Pro-Kit and some other suspension stuff - the car handles real good.

Some people say that Bilsteins are not as abrupt as the Koni shocks and that may well be the case however I like the set up that I have even though it is a bit harsh on bad roads - rides fine otherwise.
