PARacing adjustable control arms(front)

Well, I am finally getting around to working on my car. I took my measurements off the the stock control arm. Here is the problem. When I go to set up the PA units they are coming up short by a 3/8". This is with a little more thread showing on the rod end than I am comfortable with. Anyone else have this problem??

Ok, I just redid my measurements and I am 1/4" short. Will this screw me out of alot of camber adjustment? I have the Alloy Specialties strut mounts which gives me 1/4" more negative camber adjustment built in. This is for a drag car so I am looking at trying to run around 8* caster, 0* camber and 1/32-1/16" toe-in.
