My Rs is strangely stiff....

A few weeks back i was at home and a friend of mine was rideing in my rs with me and mentioned that my car rides really stiff. He then went on to say that the GTA a friend of mine has rides better over the bumbs than mine does. I never really noticed since i haven't ridden in many other third gens for very long and just figured they all had a fairly stiff ride. The struts and shocks are all in good working order, the tires are properly inflated (they were a little low that night, but only a lb or two) and nothing is binding or bottoming that i can feel, hear or see. Any ideas? Any rpo's or anything that might give me an idea of whats going on? I don't have a problem with the ride, but i would like to make sure its not a problem with something and that i get the correct parts when i replace something.

the F41 RS's had stiffer suspension than the standard RS's did. did your car come with 16" wheels? also check and see if F41 is listed on your RPO sheet.

I have no idea if my car origanally came with 16's since the previous ower swapped a set of 85-87 irocs onto it so it has 16's now. Guess ill have to check the rpo in the morning. Anything special about this option that would make a differance at the parts store?

Check your rpo codes to see if you have f41. It is quite nice in my opinion.

Ahh, just checked, i do in fact have the F41 package. Great to still be learning stuff about my car after almost a year and half of owning it. Still wondering if there is anything i need to know when i go to the parts store, ie differant struts and shocks, brake pads, anything along those lines.
